1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of LoopJam, operated by Camwei Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), company number 14103019, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ. By using LoopJam you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify us immediately at hello@loopjam.events if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be 13 years or older to use LoopJam.

3. What you can do with LoopJam

You may use LoopJam to:

• Create private events and invite guests
• Upload, share and download photos and videos within your events
• Manage guests and event settings

4. What you cannot do

You must not:

• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes anyone’s intellectual property rights
• Upload content that depicts or sexualises minors in any way
• Use LoopJam to harass, bully or harm others
• Attempt to access other users’ events without permission
• Reverse engineer, scrape or copy the platform
• Use LoopJam for commercial spam or unsolicited marketing
• Upload content you do not have the right to share

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all photos and videos you upload to LoopJam. By uploading content you grant Camwei Limited a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share content, including photos of other people. By uploading photos of others, you confirm you have their permission.

6. Guest uploads

When you create an event and share the link, guests may upload photos and videos to your event. As the event host you are responsible for managing your guest list and the content shared in your event. Use the guest management tools to approve or remove guests and their content.

7. Payment and refunds

Certain features require a one-time payment per event. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Refund policy: We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have not activated your event (shared the link with guests). Once an event is activated, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact hello@loopjam.events.

After 12 months from activation, paid events move to view-only access. All photos remain visible but new uploads are disabled. Free accounts are limited to 100MB storage per event and do not include guest uploads or shareable links.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep LoopJam running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual property

LoopJam, its design, code and branding are owned by Camwei Limited. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Camwei Limited is not liable for:

• Loss of data or content
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Losses arising from your use of third-party services integrated with LoopJam

Our total liability to you in any circumstances will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
