1. Introduction

Welcome to Loopjam, a photo and video-sharing app operated by Camwei Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using Loopjam, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Use of the App

You must be over 16 years old to use Loopjam.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must not misuse the app or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the app, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Content

You retain ownership of any photos and videos you upload to the app.
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content on the app.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the rights of others.

5. Shared Events

Multiple users can upload and capture photos and videos to a shared event.
The owner of the event can remove any photos and videos that have been contributed and remove users from the event.
The app auto-creates multiple videos using photos and videos from the shared event.
You can remove your contributions, but once a photo or video has been included in an auto-created video shared in the Loopjam feed or exported to other social platforms, it cannot be recalled unless the original poster deletes it.

6. Data Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
7. Prohibited Content
We do not allow any content that includes nudity or promotes violence, hate, or racism. Any violation of this policy will result in an immediate ban and deletion of the user profile.

8. Payments

Payments for in-app purchases are processed by the App Store and Play Store.
We are not responsible for any issues related to payments processed by these platforms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
